The renovation, alteration and addition to this 1900s Quinn Anne Victorian increased its total square footage from 2,000sf to 4,800sf while complementing the historic exterior. While previous renovations used asbestos and lead paint in their renovations, our preservation efforts removed hazardous materials and restored the impacted areas. To best preserve the structures historical importance, we carefully balanced new and old features to maintain traditional character while modern comfort, energy efficient fixtures and better accessibility.
