The Van Ness Center houses established businesses, individual offices, collaborative workspaces, conference facilities, a lobby and an outdoor plaza. Rather than the typical tower designs, the Van Ness Center is designed to exemplify the collaborative spirit of San Francisco and foster connections within the complex and amongst the local community. An interconnecting series of art-filled public spaces unifies the private building components. The project features several sustainability solutions and products to meet USGBC LEED Silver certification.
