This project represents the second phase of the original master plan for this greenfield campus and added a new 45,000 sf of office building to supplement the existing 99,000 sf. building. The key goals of the project were to design to LEED Silver, architecturally tie the campus together, and ensure continuous smooth operation of the existing facilities while undergoing the expansion. Enclosing a 3-sided courtyard featuring gardens, welcoming outdoor seating and spectacular views of Colorado’s Front Range, the building is designed to preserve the sense of open space and heighten awareness of the natural surroundings. With an eye to the future, development is limited to one corner of the site with the rest of the land deeded to open space.
