A new headquarters for Dubai-based ghost kitchen management company KITOPI was created in the historic Navy Yards warehouse. The design allows for maximum flexibility and efficiency within the very rigid historic structure. The original masonry load-bearing walls were left exposed and served to organize the floor plan. Industrial steel frame glass partitions were introduced into the space to create more intimate offices and conference rooms. Large new skylights provide natural lighting into the work areas providing comfort and minimizing the use of artificial lighting. A combination of formal and semi-formal workspaces support collaboration and communication. Elements of the signature teal color are introduced thought out the space in accents to elevate the brand identity.
