The Torzetto East Vail development is comprised of 3 duplexes on 3 adjacent lots. Each building and residence is situated to boast its own site with uninterrupted views and privacy, which are uncommon for Vail. When you arrive at Torzetto you experience a welcoming modern minimalist design with a warm palette and non-rustic materials. The mountain modern appeal found at the Torzetto paved the way for a new style in high class mountain living. The renting model employed at the Torzetto shares similarities to a boutique hospitality experience and can now be recognized as an Airbnb model. During the time this collection was built, this was revolutionary idea for sharing modern mountain retreats, and would go on to open new opportunities in the mountain real-estate market.
