Located in the exclusive enclave of Monomoy, “Cross Creeks” this home features a four-bedroom main house, a two bedroom guest cottage, pool, cabana and impeccably landscaped grounds. Originally built in the 1940s, the period details were respectfully preserved during the renovation and were integrated with the most modern amenities and finishes. The complete renovation of this classic 1940s classic Nantucket home included the alteration of the main house while adding a guest house with yoga studio, new pool, spa and pool house. By skillfully arranging this rich program and amenities we created a highly functional layout for this relatively small site while preserving reminiscent details and elements due to the grandfathered statutes.
